I’ve spent my career building companies that apply technology to go-to-market problems — learning systems, hiring platforms, sales enablement tools. My clients have ranged from global enterprises to growth-stage B2B companies, across industries from telecommunications to industrial equipment to enterprise SaaS.
What that experience has given me is a practitioner’s understanding of where technology helps and where it gets in the way. I don’t lead with tools. I lead with the business problem — and work backward to the right solution.
Today I consult with B2B leadership teams on GTM strategy, sales and marketing alignment, channel performance, and sales hiring. I’m also developing a new approach to sales talent assessment that draws on behavioral science and modern AI capabilities — one I believe will meaningfully change how organizations identify and hire revenue talent.
